Skrima is an AI automation agency. We redesign how work moves through your organisation, then build the agents, integrations and controls that make it run on its own.
Founded in Abuja, Nigeria, we work with banks, insurers, enterprises and fast-growing companies that have outgrown spreadsheets, re-keyed data and disconnected systems. Lead response and booking agent
Every enquiry from WhatsApp, Instagram or your website gets a personal reply in seconds, a qualification and a booking in your calendar.
How it runs
- A message lands on WhatsApp, Instagram or your website form, and all three channels merge into one lead record.
- The sales assistant checks your CRM history, reads your price list and FAQs, and replies in your tone of voice.
- It asks the right questions (what, when, where and budget) and scores the lead.
- Hot leads see your real calendar and are booked in. Quote requests are drafted for you to approve. Everyone else enters a timed follow-up.
- Silent leads get a nudge on day 2 and day 5, and every appointment gets a reminder.
- Each conversation, score and outcome is saved to your CRM. Any failed step alerts your team on Slack.

Order, payment and after-sales care
From a paid order to a delivered, reviewed and returning customer: invoices, stock, updates and feedback run themselves.
How it runs
- A payment lands from Paystack or Stripe, or an order arrives from your shop, and the amount is verified with the gateway.
- Fully paid orders get an invoice in your accounting tool and stock is updated. Part or failed payments get a payment link on WhatsApp.
- The care agent sends a personal order confirmation and delivery updates, and answers “where is my order?” from live order and courier data.
- Three days after delivery it asks for feedback, and AI reads the sentiment of the reply.
- Happy customers get a review link and a referral offer. Neutral ones get a reorder reminder after 30 days.
- Unhappy customers go straight to you with the full history. Any failed step alerts your team on Slack.
